About Us

Dr. Joseph Cinquemani

Dr. Joseph Cinquemani graduated from CW Post with an undergraduate degree. He also graduated from NYU Dental School in 1992.

Dr. Cinquemani is certified in Laser and Periodontal Surgery from University of San Francisco, in Mini Implant Placement and Restoration, in Rotary Endodontics, and in Conscious Sedation.

Dr. Brian Leibowitz

Dr. Brian Leibowitz graduated from SUNY at Stony Brook, B.S. in Biology 1981, He also Graduated from Northwestern University, DDS in 1986.

Dr. Leibowitz is a member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, also affiliated with the Academy of General Dentistry and NY State Dental Association.

He is certified in Laser and Periodontal Surgery from the University of San Francisco, in Implant Placement and Restoration, in Rotary Endodontics, in Conscious Sedation, and in Botox and Dermal Fillers

Dr. Baharak Fooladi

Dr. Fooladi has attained recognition for her amazing trend-setting clinical and management methods at the annual American Association of Orthodontists meeting. A natural-born leader, she has had the privilege of lecturing other orthodontists on unique treatment methods for patients with large overjet or overbites.

Part of Dr. Fooladi’s success has been due to her tremendous passion to continuously learn. She attends annual meetings and continuing education courses taught by leaders in dentistry and orthodontics to constantly keep her education updated. It has been her goal to provide patients with the most cutting-edge technology. Through continuing education, she has been able to offer diversified options for a wide variety of orthodontic needs, minimizing treatment times and maximizing results.

In addition to creating beautiful smiles, one of Dr. Fooladi’s favorite things to do is to travel with her husband, Behrooz, her daughter, Sufi, and her son, Arya.
